Ad networks
TrafMag
TrafMag describes an ad network between advertisers and publishers: advertisers run campaigns, while publishers add sites and place the network’s ad code. For publishers, payment requires an agreement, an eligible Ukrainian business account, and a balance of at least 2000 ₴.
That makes the practical question less about direct affiliate-program control and more about whether a publisher meets the network’s access and payment terms. This overview is for media buyers comparing network workflows with direct programs, and for publishers checking whether their site and payment arrangements fit.

TrafMag puts two roles in one network
The vendor’s homepage, rules, and FAQ describe the network and its terms, checked on 2026-10-30.
- Service type: ad network for advertisers and publishers (TrafMag rules, checked 2026-10-30).
- Advertiser formats: retargeting, teaser ads, and banners for online stores (TrafMag homepage, checked 2026-10-30).
- Publisher site language: Russian and/or Ukrainian (TrafMag rules, checked 2026-10-30).
- Publisher admission: the homepage says at least 500 daily visitors, or 1,000 with free hosting; the FAQ says at least 500 unique daily visitors, or 1000 with free hosting (TrafMag homepage and FAQ, checked 2026-10-30).
- Publisher payout schedule: automatically once a month, by the 15th, by bank transfer in Ukraine and in hryvnia (TrafMag rules, checked 2026-10-30).
Advertisers bring campaigns; publishers bring sites
TrafMag describes a campaign network with retargeting, branded banners, and teaser ads, rather than a direct affiliate-program arrangement. The vendor says dynamic retargeting reaches people who previously visited an advertiser’s website, while branded banners are offered as part of campaigns.
Teaser campaigns are another stated format, and advertisers can set the geography of ad delivery themselves. Publisher sites supply the placement side; the rules set conditions for both roles.
For advertisers, the provider’s rules require ad text to be in Ukrainian and free of grammatical mistakes, and the rules page says images must be square and at least 200 by 200 pixels.
Gambling and betting offers are restricted or prohibited by law in some countries, and age limits, licensing and permitted regions differ by jurisdiction; check the network's own rules and local law before running any traffic. This is not legal advice.
The network names roles, not integrations
Advertisers can set the geography of advertisement delivery themselves; webmasters can register, add a domain, obtain an advertising-block code, and place it on their site.
The stated publisher sequence is registration, adding a domain, obtaining the advertising-block code, and placing it on the site. TrafMag also describes Noplace as a format shown at specified intervals that does not take advertising space on a site.
Publishers may not encourage visitors to click ads or transfer to advertisers’ resources. That rule makes placement more than a code-installation task: publishers must also avoid prompting the actions the network prohibits.
A site moves from registration to ad code
A webmaster starts by registering, adding a domain, obtaining an advertising-block code, and placing it on the site, according to TrafMag’s FAQ, checked 2026-10-30. The vendor separately describes ad blocks as able to bypass ad blockers, including AdBlock.
TrafMag says websocket-supported blocks increased ad impressions by 20% to 50% on sites where they were installed; that is the vendor’s performance claim, not an independently established result. It also describes domain parking as a way to show ads when a visitor has ad blockers enabled.
The admission wording differs across TrafMag pages: the homepage specifies daily visitors, while the FAQ specifies unique daily visitors. The rules page instead says sites generally need at least 500 daily visitors for the month before applying, with 1,000 for free-hosted sites. These differences matter when checking eligibility; the pages do not use one consistent measurement description.
Publisher payment follows stated conditions
TrafMag’s rules and FAQ say publisher payments are automatic once a month, by the 15th, through a bank transfer in Ukraine in Ukrainian hryvnia. The rules require an agreement, an eligible Ukrainian business account, and a balance of at least 2000 ₴. The FAQ describes the account requirement as an eligible legal-entity or individual-entrepreneur account, alongside the same agreement and minimum balance.
The FAQ states that early payment incurs a 100 UAH fee regardless of the payment amount. It also lists a minimum webmaster rate of 0.3 UAH per click, varying with traffic geography and quality. The vendor describes its referral program as paying webmasters 5% for each new webmaster.
Advertisers can pay through an electronic payment system or bank transfer, subject to availability in their country. TrafMag says its pricing uses an auction, with higher click prices bringing more traffic. Payments and advertising costs are not financial or legal advice.
The network groups formats and placement
- TrafMag presents retargeting for previous site visitors alongside branded banners and teaser campaigns, bringing those stated campaign formats under one network description.
- A publisher’s documented path runs from registration through domain addition to code placement, so the stated onboarding steps are easy to identify.
- The vendor describes Noplace as a format that takes no advertising space and appears at the end of a visitor’s session.
- Advertisers can set ad-delivery geography themselves, according to TrafMag’s FAQ.
Publisher access carries material conditions
TrafMag’s rules set language, traffic, conduct, account, timing, and site-eligibility conditions for publishers, checked 2026-10-30.
- Publisher sites must be in Russian and/or Ukrainian, and the rules say sites generally need at least 500 daily visitors for the month before applying, or 1,000 for free-hosted sites.
- Publishers may not encourage visitors to click advertisements or transfer to advertisers’ resources, limiting how they can prompt ad interaction.
- Webmasters may not use multiple accounts without administration approval; TrafMag says violations can result in all their accounts being blocked.
- All a webmaster’s sites must have been in the system for at least five days on the payment date, adding a timing condition to payouts.
- The administration may remove a site and delete a webmaster account without payment for a terms violation.
- Publisher sites focused on gambling are not eligible for admission.
Compare the network with direct programs
In general, a network and a direct program differ in who controls access, placement rules, tracking, payout conditions, and advertiser decisions. Compare those responsibilities before choosing a workflow: a direct arrangement may leave more decisions with the advertiser, while a network may set shared rules for both sides.
The terms favor eligible site publishers
TrafMag’s stated publisher terms fit a site whose language and traffic meet the network’s admission rules and whose publisher can satisfy the payment requirements. Its pages require an agreement, an eligible Ukrainian business account, and a balance of at least 2000 ₴.
A publisher unable to meet those access or payment conditions is unlikely to fit the documented setup. Before proceeding, check the site’s language and traffic measurement against the rules, then confirm that the required agreement and account arrangement are workable.
What we could not confirm
- Payment models: TrafMag states that its system uses auction-based pricing, with higher click prices bringing more traffic, and that its referral program pays webmasters 5% for each new webmaster.
Questions publishers and advertisers ask
What language must a publisher’s site use?
TrafMag’s rules require publisher sites to be in Russian and/or Ukrainian. The same rules give traffic thresholds for admission, but the site-language condition is separate from the traffic measurement.
What traffic does a publisher need?
The rules page says sites generally need at least 500 daily visitors for the month before applying, or 1,000 for free-hosted sites. The homepage and FAQ use different wording about whether visitors must be unique, so check the measurement used for an application.
When and how are publisher payouts made?
TrafMag states that publisher payouts are automatic once a month, by the 15th, through bank transfer in Ukraine and in hryvnia. Payment also requires an agreement, an eligible Ukrainian business account, and a balance of at least 2000 ₴.
Can a publisher request payment early?
The FAQ says early payment incurs a 100 UAH fee regardless of the payment amount.
How are teaser advertisements moderated?
TrafMag says teaser moderation operates on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00 and can take up to 2 hours on average. If an advertisement is declined, the reason is specified in the comments; the FAQ gives a rule violation as a possible reason.
When can advertisers contact support?
The homepage lists support hours as Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (UTC+02:00). The rules page gives the same weekday window for teaser moderation, which may take up to two hours on average.
Proceed when role and terms align
Fits if the advertiser needs the campaign formats TrafMag describes, or if a publisher meets the network’s language and traffic conditions. Probably not if a publisher cannot meet the stated account, agreement, and minimum-balance requirements. The main risk for publishers is that access and payment both depend on qualifying conditions, rather than simply placing ad code on a site.
