About this site and how we work
What this directory is, where its facts come from, how reviews and blacklist entries are prepared, and what we do not do: scores, rankings and paid placement.
What this site is
Affiliate Index is a directory of services used in affiliate marketing and traffic arbitrage: CPA networks, trackers, antidetect browsers, payment tools and similar. For each service we collect what is published on its own site and in other public sources, and write it up as a review that lists those sources.
A separate section, the blacklist, records companies and services that public sources report problems with. An entry states what a source says on a given date. It is not a verdict.
Where the facts come from
Facts come from public pages: the service's own site, its pricing and terms pages, its documentation and announcements, and other public sources named on the page. Each review lists its sources with the date every page was read, and the date the facts were last checked.
What a service says about itself is marked with an asterisk and explained in a note under the heading "Claims by the service". Such a statement is the service's own claim. We have not verified it.
What we do and do not do
- We describe what a service is, what it offers according to its own published materials, and what the sources leave open.
- We do not test services hands-on unless a page says so. Reviews state when there was no hands-on testing.
- We do not give scores, stars, percentages or rankings, and we do not call a service the best or the worst. The numbers in "All materials" are only the order of publication.
- We do not sell placement in the directory, and we do not remove or soften a blacklist entry for payment.
How a page is prepared
Drafts are prepared from the collected facts with automated language tools. A review is published only after it passes automated checks against those facts, and pages that fail the checks stay unpublished. The catalog lists a service once its review is published. Entries from our partner list can appear before their review is ready: such an entry has no link to a review, and its page is kept out of search engine indexes.
Reviews show when they were last updated, and blacklist entries show when they were last checked. We update a page when its sources change or when a mistake is reported.
